The first question was the choice of reliable material for the walls. In the old days, the building material was chosen so that it was not necessary to lead it from afar. The main building materials were, and probably will remain for a long time: wood, clay and brick. True, the modern building materials industry offers new materials for building walls. Thus, the possibility of selection during construction in quality and prices. I chose a brick, somehow I’m more confident in his excellent qualities.
Long with his wife chose the architectural form of our house. After a significant uniformity of the construction of the houses of the second half of the 20th century, it was possible to build a private house according to an individual plan.
