The most picturesque residential area on the territory of the southwestern outskirts of the capital of Ukraine, which is located directly near the exit from the city to the Odessa highway and the Ring Road – Teremki-2, this is exactly the place on the territory of which, in accordance with the results of the whole of 2012, the most stable growth in cost was observed for apartments. Although growth was modest at only 5 percent year on year, the very fact of its existence is a very positive thing. Towers-2 began to be erected directly at the end of the 70s of the last century, it was an absolutely typical residential area for that time. The construction of residential facilities was carried out directly on both sides of Glushkov Avenue, as a result, residential real estate objects were named Teremki-1 and Teremki-2. Initially, the territory of the residential area was built up exclusively with identical panel-type houses, which differed from each other only in series, due to the fact that their implementation was carried out in different periods of time. But the construction of a residential complex called Teremki-2 began a little earlier, namely in 1979, but its construction continues even in our time. High-rise buildings on the territory of Teremki began to be built back in 1984, and for this period of time they represent the housing stock of the entire array. The peculiarity of this residential complex is its cosiness and picturesqueness, there are a large number of courtyards, parks and squares. For all its picturesqueness, this place is quite convenient in terms of transport links, the central part of Kiev can be reached in just 20 minutes. If you use public transport, then the duration of the move will take about 40 minutes. A feature of the array is the presence of shopping and entertainment infrastructure, which is also very diverse in its essence. This area is comfortable enough for raising children. The entire housing stock is exclusively panel houses, which were built back in Soviet times. Significantly fewer brick houses here. But what is typical is that an increase in the cost of apartments is observed in almost all types of residential real estate, regardless of the time of construction of residential buildings. Nowadays, rather expensive residential properties are being created here that meet all European quality and safety standards.
