I would like to note a very interesting option for using urban resources – real estate on the water. It is strange that now this type of real estate is not popular enough in Russia, because in Europe real estate has long been located not only on land, but also on water.
And besides, anyone will agree that the air, ecology and view in general are much better on the water than on land. Although, in spite of all this in the territory of the Russian Federation, this type of real estate is practically not common. Even for commercial purposes, floating palaces are used almost everywhere, but not here. This is due to the fact that in Russia there is a very small number of people who would like to get housing on the water.
And this, in turn, is associated with a lot of problems, among which there is the country’s climate. After all, the Moscow River freezes in winter. Moreover, this is far from all the inconvenience, because connecting certain communications is an extremely difficult task, which even on land is not so easy to solve. And if we take into account the terms for obtaining a permit for the construction of even the most ordinary residential real estate on land, which are calculated over the years, then it’s not even worth talking about water.
Nobody to solve the problem of the deficit of the urban, terrestrial territory, through the use of the water area, is not going, so it remains only to hope that the time will prove the need for such a useful and new type of construction.
