The key outcome of the above is that in the project management segment there are no specific criteria for efficiency, the degree of responsibility on the results of both a fully completed project and the results of the entire company.
All participants in the event agreed that the management company and its specialists should be involved at the stage of creating preliminary or project documentation, but not later the development of the final, already working, documentation. As for the specialists themselves, here you should make a choice in favor of employees of the exploiting company that leading engineers can be.
